What will you do?
Support the design team with seasonal trend and market research, concept ideation, and color design application.
Execute and create color palette work, mood boards, color decks, and tools with direction from designers and the design manager.
Learn foundational skills within the design process, systems, DNA, brand culture, and build cross‑functional collaboration.
Apply color concepts and contribute to team reviews, workshops, and events.
What do you need to succeed?
1–3 years of experience in color, trend, and product design within apparel, footwear, equipment, or accessories.
Experience doing trend research across performance and/or lifestyle products.
Core understanding of color trends across performance and/or lifestyle products.
Experience applying a color palette onto CADS and/or croquis.
Concept ideation, color theory, and storytelling.
Understanding of the design process and ability to meet key milestones and deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail, cross‑functional collaboration, flexibility, and a growth mindset.
A passion for snow, climb, trail, and lifestyle product.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,480.00USD to $75,600.00USD annually, with incentive potential through additional compensation awards. $60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
