Pay

$18 per hour for training until you are certified as a lead coach. Starting pay after certification: $20 per hour, eligible for increase every two months. Possible pay: $25 per hour within 12 months.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule with no set office hours. Locations vary between home, office, on‑site coaching, and event locations. Average work hours per week are 18‑22, may increase with more coaching and additional duties.

Desirable Experience

Digital management tools (Salesforce or Monday)

Early Childhood Education
Sales experience
