Full Set Accounts Executive
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
Location: Bugis
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients, including GST submissions
Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting system
Maintain financial schedules (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals, Loans)
Carry out bank reconciliations and ensure balance sheet accuracy
Assist in corporate tax computations and ensure tax compliance
Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
Process invoicing and ad-hoc financial transactions
Support audit process by preparing documents and liaising with auditors
Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in accounting firm preferred
Strong knowledge of GST and corporate tax regulations
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good teamwork and communication skills
