Remote Regional Director of Development (DMV)

Volunteers of America Chesapeake and Carolinas is seeking a Director of Development responsible for overseeing and growing fundraising efforts in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. This remote role requires applicants to be located in the DMV area. The Director will manage major donor portfolios, collaborate with the marketing team, and supervise development staff.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in fundraising, and experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT. This role offers opportunities for growth as the organization expands.
