Responsibilities
Define scatter, advertiser, and agency rate cards and guidelines across US and Canada advertising.
Own the commercialization of brand partnership and consumer product opportunities, including media sponsorships, that leverage the full power of Netflix IP.
Provide ad‑hoc guidance to sales supporting commercial exceptions and deal reviews.
Create quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation of new pricing strategies.
Inform go‑to‑market pricing and packaging requirements for new product launches.
Aggregate internal & marketplace feedback to develop seasonal promotions and packages.
Work closely with Sales and Account Management to develop solutions that meet advertiser needs.
Develop automated solutions using business systems to create operational efficiencies.
Work with Ad Ops, Analytics and Business Operations teams to identify potential issues affecting ad monetization.
Collaborate with regional XFN teams to aggregate market‑level opportunities and drive global partnership deals.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in finance and pricing strategy for large enterprise sales.
6+ years of dedicated experience in media, technology, or advertising roles.
Ability to creatively package media and IP‑related opportunities with a passion for sales.
Understanding of programmatic buying methods and auction‑based dynamics.
Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
Experience with ad tech and ad serving tools such as Google Ad Manager and Freewheel.
Experience implementing workflows in CRM and OMS systems to support sales motions.
Motivated, data‑driven, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels.
Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $220,000 – $350,000.
Annual compensation can be split between salary and stock options at the employee’s discretion.
