Key Responsibilities

Sets up, adjusts, and operates audiovisual equipment for various camp programs, including worship services and concerts.
Operates and installs audio/visual equipment.
Instructs camp employees in the selection, use, and design of audiovisual materials, and assists them in preparing instructional materials and rehearsing presentations.
Prepares, plans, and operates audio/visual equipment for meetings, events, classes, and seminars at the Salvation Army camps.
Ensures that camp activities are recorded for use in Salvation Army publications.
Captures video/pictures for Salvation Army publications.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
Endurance including climbing, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching needed.
Eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate audio/visual equipment and activities are required.
Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate camper activities/programs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours delivering a program in the facility available. Operate with daily exposure to the sun and heat and varying environmental conditions.

CPR and First Aid Certification
What We Are Looking For In You

Two years’ experience in video production preferred, OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
