Job Summary

Our Brand Representatives bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities

Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipating needs, initiating conversation naturally, and offering product support and styling guidance across categories.
Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment—including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
Qualifications

Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour).
