Summary
The Customer Experience Specialist provides outstanding in-store service by engaging customers, supporting stylists, processing merchandise, and assisting with events and operations. This role connects customers to services like online order pickup, alterations, returns, and gift wrapping while maintaining store organization and safety. The specialist adapts to new initiatives and supports both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend services such as pickup, alterations, styling, and returns
Manage customer communication including phone and email and track RSVPs for events
Support inventory management and maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
Assist with event execution, act as point of contact, and serve as door greeter
Perform opening and closing duties and follow security procedures as needed
Handle light cleaning and routine maintenance tasks
Requirements
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative with strong customer focus
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to new initiatives and services
Basic proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Booking Bug, and Excel
Comfort with continuous movement for 6-8 hours, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
