Hiring: Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

We are hiring a Corporate Communications Specialist for our client in the Energy & Utilities sector. This role is ideal for a communications professional with a passion for strategic storytelling, executive communications, employee engagement, and content creation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, partnering with leadership, and delivering impactful messaging across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute communication plans for internal and external audiences.
- Create original content including newsletters, employee communications, social media posts, intranet articles, fact sheets, and news releases.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to develop key messaging and communication materials.
- Provide editorial support, content development, message review, and approval coordination.
- Manage communications across multiple delivery channels including web, print, video, social media, email, and in-person events.
- Support executive communications, employee engagement, and corporate communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication consistency and alignment.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and tactics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience supporting executive and employee communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience managing communications through multiple channels and formats.
- Strong understanding of social media communications.
- Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
