We are seeking a creative communications professional to support employee engagement, site culture, and strategic communications initiatives within our manufacturing organization. This role will help translate site priorities into engaging content, campaigns, and events that drive awareness, adoption, and workforce engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute communication campaigns supporting site priorities, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop engaging content, visual communications, and storytelling materials for frontline associates.
- Support town halls, recognition programs, and employee engagement events.
- Partner with site leadership to promote key messages and organizational goals.
- Assist with change management communications and gather feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Highlight site successes, best practices, and employee achievements through creative content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or employee engagement.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Experience creating digital content and engagement campaigns.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
