Airline Key Account Manager
3M Aerospace Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned key accounts and for selling 3M TEBG products to these accounts.
Responsibilities
Lead TEBG strategy for engagement with assigned airlines
Implement key account strategies
Determine strategy, sales approach, and customer engagement plan
Support business group initiatives
Willingness to travel globally to support key accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid driver’s license
Additional qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Skills: Negotiation, strong influencing skills, CRM skills, proven experience managing cross‑functional teams, substantial experience in aerospace sales
Work location
Remote
May include up to 50% domestic travel
Relocation may be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Role includes responsibilities that require compliance with U.S. Export Control laws. Candidates must provide U.S. person status information.
