To enhance the revenue cycle processes, the full-time RCM Specialist - A/R will work remotely to manage accounts receivable inventory, conduct audits, analyze data, and support training initiatives while collaborating with business leaders and vendors.
Key responsibilities
Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and vendor work products to identify issues and develop corrective action plans
Participate in vendor and department meetings to monitor standards and suggest improvements to policies and procedures
Analyze patient accounts and claims to ensure compliance and financial health within the assigned area of focus
Required qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
Claim, denial, and/or process auditing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
