Visible Agent is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Client Success Manager who doesn’t just manage accounts but owns outcomes. You’re someone who thrives in motion, thinks five steps ahead, and knows how to light up a Zoom room. You’re not here to check boxes. This role is built for someone who knows how to blend creativity with structure, who can connect the dots between client goals and performance data, and who isn’t afraid to speak up when they see a better way forward.

Responsibilities

Keeping your finger on the pulse of each client relationship and never letting it slip

Leading keyword research, content reviews, and on-page SEO & GEO improvements

Reviewing and proofreading strategy documents and creative assets before they go client-facing

Tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions, and translating data into direction

Supporting the Director of Client Success with communication materials and prioritization

Developing and refining internal systems that help us move faster and smarter

Bringing new strategies, content ideas, and growth opportunities to the table

Staying visible, proactive, and engaged with your teammates and clients—on Zoom, Slack, and everywhere in between

Qualifications

You’ve got 2+ years in a marketing or SEO role, ideally inside a fast-moving agency

You can spot a weak headline or a sloppy meta tag from a mile away

You’re obsessed with clean copy, measurable growth, and clear communication

You’re driven, organized, and solution-oriented—even when chaos shows up

You want to be part of a team that cares deeply about the work and the people

You write and speak with clarity, professionalism, and purpose

You see problems as puzzles, not roadblocks

Compensation: $42,000 - $45,000 yearly
