As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at NiCE Cognigy, your focus will be on strategic, collaborative go-to-market initiatives with technology partners, strategic alliances, resellers, and referral partners to expand the reach and impact of our AI Agents in the enterprise market.

This role centers on building deep partner relationships and co‑creating programs that expand joint reach, elevate brand visibility, and generate shared demand. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Work with strategic, tech, reseller and referral partners to develop and execute joint GTM plans that expand market reach, drive shared lead generation and deepen relationships for future success

Lead co-branded campaigns — including webinars, virtual and in-person events, and digital demand programs — in collaboration with partners

Manage partner event strategy and execution: sponsorships, booth planning, agenda development, staffing, logistics, and onsite coordination

Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint content such as case studies, blogs, solution briefs, and white papers that highlight combined value propositions

Maintain a consistent communication cadence for product updates, marketing activities, and time-sensitive joint initiatives

Conduct post-event and post-campaign analyses, delivering ROI reporting and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
