Qualifications

Experience in developing web applications using HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors such as Sass and Less), and JavaScript (ES6+), along with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and Parcel, version control systems like Git, and browser developer tools for debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and interactive prototyping libraries and frameworks for advanced UI/UX design concepts.
Experience implementing accessible web applications in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA standards and defining usability and accessibility best practices.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, and mentored junior team members on UI/UX and front-end best practices.
Led user research activities, analyzed findings, and translated insights into actionable design improvements using tools such as Jira, UserTesting.com, Lookback, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization platforms like Miro and Mural.
