Senior Program Manager (Chicago)

We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across a large-scale AI Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) program spanning 55+ workstreams.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves at pace, and can keep multiple internal teams and agency partners aligned against clear deadlines, standards, and commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do
Own end-to-end program delivery across content, technical, authority, social, community, and commercial workstreams
Manage the master plan, dependencies, risks, and RAG status across 55+ initiatives
Lead weekly program standups and executive reporting
Keep agency partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
Coordinate across multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders
Oversee tooling and process infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth across the program

What we’re looking for
7+ years’ experience in program or project management within complex digital environments
Strong experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Solid understanding of SEO, content operations, analytics, and technical web concepts
Commercially minded, highly organized, and confident operating at executive level
Able to start quickly and make an immediate impact

Highly desirable
Experience in AEO/GEO, AI visibility, or large-scale SEO programs
Familiarity with AI search platforms and citation dynamics across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
Experience with editorial operations, AI-compliant content workflows, and GA4 attribution
