Indoor Ensemble Director
Job Goal: To provide leadership in helping participating student(s) achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self‑esteem. To instruct student participants in Indoor Marching Band activities.

Effective: School Year
Salary: Follows the established CREA Clubs/Activities Extra Service Salary Guide – see attached. Stipend ranges from $3,750 to $4,150.
Benefits: This stipend position does not include medical, prescription, or dental benefits, and does not offer paid time off.
