On behalf of our client, a well-established global aircraft lessor, we are recruiting a VP Marketing to join its Americas Marketing team. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced aviation professional with strong airline relationships and a proven track record across aircraft leasing transactions, portfolio growth and complex commercial negotiations. Remote working will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Originate and execute aircraft leasing, sale and leaseback, remarketing and portfolio-related transactions across the region
- Drive business opportunities, growth and profitability
- Manage commercial negotiations, transaction delivery and customer engagement throughout the deal lifecycle
- Support portfolio optimisation activity, including lease extensions, restructurings and asset trading initiatives
- Work closely with legal, technical, finance and portfolio teams to ensure efficient execution of transactions
- Maintain strong airline relationships and monitor regional market developments and commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Significant aircraft leasing, aviation finance or commercial aviation experience within a senior transaction-focused role
- Strong track record negotiating and executing aircraft leasing or structured aviation finance transactions
- Established airline relationships across North and/or Latin America
- Strong commercial judgement with experience managing complex negotiations and stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting restructurings or complex airline situations would be an advantage
- Spanish / Portuguese fluency would be beneficial
