Your Role as a Technology Strategy Lead:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, defining strategies that harness both technology and business insights.
- Communicate a compelling technology vision backed by industry and functional expertise.
- Shape the integration of technology within business strategies to capture competitive advantages.
- Identify high-priority value creation opportunities through meticulous assessment of current technological frameworks.
- Drive strategic initiatives that infuse innovative technology solutions into comprehensive business transformations.
- Develop robust operating models and compelling business cases using disruptive technologies.
- Lead the creation of engaging thought leadership materials that offer innovative insights and strategic guidance pertinent to market-relevant technology strategies.
- Evaluate the assumptions made by leadership teams, including insights derived from AI.
- Critically assess AI-assisted analysis utilizing logic, experience, and domain knowledge.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research capabilities, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Apply discernment in assessing the reliability of AI outputs.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience in strategy consulting with a minimum of 1 year at a consulting firm for Manager level roles.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as operating model strategy, M&A, technology value realization, or revenue growth strategy.
- Extensive experience writing business cases.
- Demonstrated capability in leading small teams, effectively planning analytical work, facilitating workshops, and crafting technology strategy recommendations.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
For Senior Manager Applicants:
- At least 3 years of strategy consulting experience, with minimum 6 years in relevant areas such as operating model strategy or tech-driven growth.
- Robust experience writing detailed business cases.
- Extensive leadership experience in managing large teams and structuring analytical tasks.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the Software & Platforms or Communications & Media sectors.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools for enhanced research and analysis.
- A critical perspective on evaluating AI outputs.
- An understanding of data limitations and biases.
- A graduate degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- Exhibited critical thinking skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills with clients and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Advanced presentation abilities: adept at distilling complex information into clear messages.
- Proficient in developing comprehensive technology transformation roadmaps.
- Experience managing complex projects and timely reporting to higher management.
