As a Digital Product Manager Lead Sr within PNC's MarTech organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub.
Job Profile
This position sets the strategic vision for the MarTech ecosystem within the Digital space, aligning technology investments with marketing and business objectives. The role drives the development and execution of MarTech strategies, oversees technology implementation and integration, and fosters a culture of innovation through piloting and scaling new solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional partners to maximize platform value, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure a competitive, future‑ready stack. Clear communication with executive stakeholders and strong partnership across Marketing, IT, and Data are essential to success.

Job Description
- Drive digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
- Monitor the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritize and make decisions on recommendations. Drive business case development.
- Develop and design the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manage the development, production, roll‑out or promotion of digital experiences.
- Partner with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Partner with Marketing to develop in‑product‑specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client‑facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
- Drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and effectively recommend modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results. May coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates.
