Territory Sales Manager Analytical Instrumentation

Full‑time position in the Southern Region (Georgia and Alabama). Location ideally near Atlanta, GA, may be other major cities in territory. Report to Southern Region Sales Director, Houston, TX.

Base salary: $78,280–$88,600 per year. Uncapped commission plan, paid monthly from dollar one, plus bonuses for exceeding targets. Full benefits, 401(k) profit sharing, and $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new accounts and effectively manage existing accounts.
  • Present to small and large audiences, including C‑suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
  • Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
  • Travel up to 50–60%, including overnight stays for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical sales, preference for analytical instruments sales.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
