About the Role
As part of an industry-leading team, you will be a key member of the Retiree Health Engagement Services Strategy team. You will develop scalable and ongoing consumer-focused campaigns and engagement strategies promoting products, services, tools and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Developing and ensuring accuracy of multi-channel campaigns focused on retiree engagement strategy
- Supporting daily operations related to client-facing transition, Age-in/Retire-in, and ongoing retiree engagement programs. Collaborating with the Client Management team on these initiatives.
- Building and refining the ways the organization engages potential and existing B2C and retail customers by exploring and leveraging traditional, innovative strategies.
- Serving as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the Creative team to align programs with the Retiree Health and Alight brands. Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Representing teams in cross-functional initiatives that have impact throughout the retiree lifecycle.
- Utilizing your experience focused on the needs of Retirees, understanding of personal behaviors, organizational and industry insights. Developing a true “lifecycle” Marketing value proposition that drives consistency in programs.
- Identifying synergies and continuously seeing out efficiencies throughout all communication programs and channels.
- Collaborating with Retiree Health Engagement Services leadership to transform operations into a scalable, omni-channel, automated, and data-driven solution.
Requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in creating specialized communication and educational materials. This should be within the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on Medicare and individual or family populations.
- 5+ years’ experience using Market Research, Marketing Metrics and program analytics to create performance benchmarks and measure attribution and campaign effectiveness.
- Have proven experience in utilizing internal and external resources to develop and implement programs, along with excellent stakeholder management and consulting expertise.
- Be experienced in the insurance and retiree industry, particularly those familiar with employer-driven, affinity partnership, and retail-focused products and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the retiree marketplace and proven experience delivering wellness content using data, research, and insights to achieve results.
- Possess ability to manage multiple bodies of work with different Marketing objectives with an eye toward identifying commonalities and scalable delivery opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to serve as a true champion for the consumer. Exhibit passion and empathy to build meaningful engagement solutions by understanding their needs and desires.
- Have advanced education in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or another related field.
- Display dynamic written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum: 90,000 USD
Maximum: 125,000 USD
