Worship Director: Music & Liturgy Leadership (Part-Time)

Reformed Theological Seminary is seeking a Director of Music and Liturgy for Lake Baldwin Church in Orlando, Florida. This part-time position involves leading worship arts, planning worship services, and fostering a welcoming worship culture. Ideal candidates are experienced in worship leadership, skilled in guitar (and ideally keyboard or drums), and can inspire a team. The position requires 15 hours of service per week with a salary range of $0-$25k.
