Job Overview
We are seeking an Experiential Associate Creative Director who excels in creating live experiences, telling brand stories, and mentoring teams. The role focuses on delivering outstanding creative, coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams, and driving impactful experiential campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Play a hands‑on role in the delivery of outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross‑disciplinary team to ensure work is on‑brand and stands out.
- Guide teams to define experiential programming, thematics, consumer journeys, and physical components.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with production to ensure in‑budget solutions, quality control, and on‑time delivery.
- Self‑manage multiple projects and tight timelines, maintaining consistency and efficacy of creative from brief to final product.
- Leverage concepting and strategic talent to contribute to entire campaigns that solve for consumer needs and business goals.
- Advocate creative ideas confidently to leadership, stakeholders, and clients, articulating and rationalizing decisions with strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, strategists, creative leads) to test iterations and apply learnings to evolving best practices.
- Stay current on marketing trends and culture, researching and developing innovative ideas for clients’ brands.
- Develop exceptional concepts across advertising channels, including branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH, experiential, and more.
- Appraise and edit your own work, closely working with project managers and account teams through the project life cycle.
- Lead new business pitches and existing client presentations, driving creative vision and concept development.
- Provide direction to creatives, encouraging growth, and contribute to team performance reviews.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D and AI tools is a plus.
- Strong ability to think strategically, conceptualize, and see ideas through to polished execution.
- Exceptional copy and visual design sense, with the ability to integrate both into cohesive campaigns.
- High attention to detail and eagle‑eye quality control.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, curious, and fearless to experiment with bold, culturally relevant ideas.
- Professional attitude and openness to feedback, fostering a culture of growth.
- Digital portfolio of compelling advertising, campaign concepts, and creative work.
- Known for thought leadership, conceptual thinking, and motivational influence within teams.
Compensation
Pay range: $150,000 to $190,000 annually. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, vacation, and other paid time off.
