The Role

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for building and leading a modern marketing function that drives consultant engagement, product adoption, and long‑term AUA growth across Arcadia and JMW.

This role serves a network of structured settlement consultants and operates at the intersection of marketing, business development, and product strategy. The VP will establish the systems, messaging, and operating cadence that influence how consultants’ position and allocate cases, particularly toward market‑based solutions.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a growth and enablement function, focused on creating scalable processes, improving consultant behavior, and ensuring marketing directly contributes to business outcomes.

Core Mandate

  • Increase adoption of market‑based solutions across Arcadia and JMW consultants
  • Build repeatable systems that influence how cases are structured and allocated
  • Align marketing, demand generation, and BD into a unified growth engine
  • Establish visibility into performance across engagement, conversion, and product mix

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive consultant engagement and product adoption
  • Create tools, messaging, and experiences that simplify complex financial solutions
  • Segment consultant base to identify adoption gaps and tailor enablement approaches
  • Partner with BD leadership to reinforce behaviors that increase GSS allocation
  • Define and execute marketing strategy across Arcadia and JMW aligned to growth objectives
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market approach across all channels
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in how solutions are communicated to consultants and attorneys
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Creative leadership to execute integrated campaigns

Systems, Process & Scale

  • Build scalable marketing systems, workflows, and operating processes across IFS
  • Establish clear prioritization frameworks and execution cadence across teams
  • Improve efficiency, speed, and consistency of marketing output
  • Introduce structure where limited processes currently exist

Revenue Alignment & Performance Visibility

  • Define and track KPIs tied to consultant engagement, adoption, and AUA growth
  • Establish reporting frameworks to measure marketing’s impact on pipeline and conversion
  • Partner with Demand Generation to connect campaigns to measurable outcomes
  • Identify breakdowns in the funnel and implement solutions

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Arcadia and JMW leadership
  • Align marketing efforts with business development, product, and operations teams
  • Lead collaboration across Prospera and IFS to ensure consistency and leverage shared resources
  • Operate effectively within a distributed, consultant‑driven business model
  • Partner with the SVP of Marketing for Prospera to lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team including:
    • Director of Demand Generation
    • Events Planner
    • Set clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
    • Manage external agencies and partners as needed

Key skills/experience required

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Experience building systems and processes in complex or evolving environments
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or similarly complex industries preferred
  • Experience supporting distributed sales or consultant networks is highly valuable

Skills & Capabilities

Desired Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with webinar platforms (Go To Webinar, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with event management or project management tools (Asana)

Physical Demands
