About the role
The Associate Director, Worldwide Growth Marketing is responsible for delivering omnichannel demand generation results, leading teams across brand activation, digital marketing, demand programs, and digital experiences. This role owns global growth marketing planning, execution, measurement, and performance management, and works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing to accelerate business impact. The position sets global frameworks and guardrails while enabling Regional teams to localize and execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own worldwide growth marketing strategy aligned to pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals
- Establish standards for campaign design, channel mix, digital experience quality, and measurement
- Set priorities and operating rhythms across segments and regions
- Develop and maintain a high‑performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment to expand capabilities
- Lead integrated, multi‑channel demand generation campaigns
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into scalable growth programs
- Enable regions with clear playbooks and frameworks for local execution
- Own global strategy for SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and performance optimization
- Set standards for web and conversion‑path effectiveness and ongoing optimization
- Drive continuous improvement through testing and performance insights
- Provide leadership for marketing automation and campaign operations (Marketo)
- Lead global tradeshow and event activation with measurable ROI expectations
- Partner with Sales on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion outcomes
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, brand, or digital marketing
- Experienced leader with the ability to inspire and build effective teams
- Strong understanding of multichannel B2B marketing, digital channels, and automation
- Proven ability to manage performance through data and ROI
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Experience operating at worldwide or global scale
Compensation
$168,000.00 – $268,800.00 USD Annual
