Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media Director based in Miami, FL. The Paid Media Director will lead the paid media strategy and planning efforts, and develop innovative approaches to maximize brand visibility and ROI. Responsibilities will include managing all media budgets for Google and all social media paid platforms, optimizing the performance of paid media platforms, and aligning media initiatives with business objectives. Collaboration across teams and consistent performance analysis will be key to driving success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals
  • Own budget planning, allocation, and forecasting across all paid channels
  • Be able to run and manage all of the ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) all paid media channels
  • Oversee campaigns across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
  • Continuously test and optimize creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and geographies

Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks (ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to communicate performance

Creative & Brand Collaboration

  • Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad assets that align with brand identity
  • Drive creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
  • Ensure consistency between paid media messaging and overall brand voice

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media for DTC or omnichannel consumer brands (beauty/haircare strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Leadership experience managing teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.)
  • Experience in beauty, haircare, or lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator paid amplification strategies
