Description
St. Jude Regional Catholic School is hiring a part‑time Music Teacher/Choir Director for the 2026‑27 school year. This role will report to the Principal and will work with all levels of students; the schedule is flexible but MUST include Fridays for school Mass.
The salary for this role is $25,000.
Responsibilities
- Teach general music classes for PreK‑8th grade students.
- Direct and accompany the school choir at weekly Masses and sacramental celebrations.
- Play the piano proficiently.
- Lead and organize the Christmas concert/play.
- Collaborate with teachers on International Day performances and cross‑curricular activities.
- Foster a love of music while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong classroom management skills.
- Creativity and collaboration with all levels of students.
- Enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
- Experience in music education and choir direction preferred.
