Head of Growth / VP of Marketing Job Description

Location: Texas | Reports to CEO

Screen Innovations (SI) is looking for a Head of Growth / VP of Marketing to build and lead a modern, revenue-driven marketing engine.

This is not a brand-only or social-only role. This is a growth leadership position accountable for demand generation, online brand presence, and sales pull-through to our dealer network .

Why This Role Matters

Consumer buying behavior has changed. Buyers research online, form opinions early, and expect brands to educate and inspire before they ever talk to a dealer. Our goal is simple:

SI owns demand. Dealers close the sale.

This role is responsible for making that happen—at scale, with discipline, and without disrupting our dealer channel.

What You’ll Own

  • Demand generation across digital channels
  • Online brand presence that drives real buyer intent
  • Internet to dealer pull-through strategy
  • Channel protection, pricing discipline, and SKU guardrails
  • Marketing ROI, attribution, and growth metrics
  • Revenue-tied growth targets

Success will be measured by leads, dealer conversion, revenue influenced, CAC, and brand demand growth—not vanity metrics.

Experience in home, lifestyle, AV, technology, or premium consumer products is a plus.

Qualifications:

This role requires business leadership and ownership of results .

Ideal Background

  • B2B + DTC hybrid experience
  • Proven success working with channel partners (dealers, reps, resellers)
  • Ownership of a revenue number or P&L
  • Strong command of funnels, conversion, CAC, and attribution
  • Experience scaling a brand without blowing up the channel
  • Digital and social savvy with a sales-first mindset
