Duties

- Handle trademark disputes and enforcement, including online investigations.
- Draft and negotiate IP‑related agreements and contracts.
- Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Requirements
- 3–4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
- Strong organizational and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Self‑starter with attention to detail and client service skills.
- Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.
Education
