Ad Product Strategy & Operations (PS&O) is a hybrid strategy and execution function within Roku's Ad Product organization. We partner with product managers and cross‑functional teams to accelerate decision‑making, ensure launch readiness, and operationalize product strategy across Roku's advertising portfolio. The team sits at the intersection of product development and business enablement. Our focus is on driving clarity, scalability, and alignment across initiatives, from roadmap planning through launch execution. We also collaborate closely with commercialization partners to ensure new products and solutions are brought to market effectively.
About the role
We're looking for a PS&O Lead with a performance advertising background to drive product strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go‑to‑market execution for Roku's growing performance advertising business. The role requires developing and operationalizing scalable frameworks to unlock revenue growth across the performance and growth advertising portfolio, ensuring tight alignment across product, sales, and legal teams. The candidate will act as a key strategic partner bridging product development with business enablement, identifying systemic roadblocks, workflow inefficiencies, and operational gaps that stand between our roadmap and the market.
For Massachusetts Only – The estimated annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain product strategy for Roku's performance advertising portfolio, ensuring market dynamics, buyer needs, and business objectives are reflected in roadmaps and prioritization.
- Analyze systems, workflows, and dependencies across ad delivery, bidding, targeting, forecasting, and measurement to identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Partner with Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Legal to unblock revenue opportunities and scale team readiness to sell and support performance buying products by addressing compliance, operational, and go‑to‑market challenges.
- Establish frameworks for scaling across Roku's direct channels, including Home Screen and native surfaces, and our in‑stream video ads businesses.
- Serve as the directly responsible individual for performance advertising GTM initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Own the operational readiness and launch execution for new performance buying products, ensuring Ad Sales teams are equipped to support advertisers from day one.
We're excited if you have
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, growth or performance marketing, or equivalent practical experience, ideally within digital advertising.
- Experience managing performance budgets with an understanding of how decisions are made for budget and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy through market analysis, competitive insights, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Strong systems thinker with a proven ability to scale operational processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, highly analytical, detail‑oriented.
- Strong experience using AI to increase productivity in research, developing presentations and briefing documents, financial analysis, and other professional tasks.
- Proven track record of growth and progression in prior roles, reflecting strong performance and increasing responsibility.
Hybrid Work Approach
