  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills (Board-level exposure preferred)

  • This role blends strategic thinking, operational execution, executive communication, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as the connective tissue across global IT, the Chief of Staff ensures that strategic priorities translate into action, that decisions are data-driven, and that the IT function operates with clarity and velocity

  • Serve as strategic advisor and operational extension of the CIO — amplifying executive effectiveness and focus
  • ,
  • Translate IT strategy into actionable priorities, roadmaps, operating rhythms, and measurable KPIs
  • ,
  • Drive executive cadence: leadership meetings, QBRs, board materials, transformation reviews, and global communications
  • ,
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across IT sub-functions (Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, PMO, Enterprise Architecture)
  • ,
  • Identify organizational friction, misalignment, and bottlenecks — proactively designing solutions to accelerate performance
  • ,
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A to align investment strategies with portfolio priorities and long-term objectives
  • ,
  • Lead special strategic initiatives and breakthrough projects on behalf of the CIO
  • ,
  • Oversee organizational health metrics including talent planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and capability development
