Centercourt Club & Sports is New Jersey’s premier sports and recreation organization, operating multiple state-of-the-art facilities focused on youth sports programming, leagues, camps, training, and events.
We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and community-driven Football Director to lead and grow football programming at our Morristown & Gillette facilities.
Position Summary
The Football Director will oversee all football and flag football programming at Centercourt Morristown & Gillette, including leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, rentals, and training programs.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong relationships within the football and flag football community

- Understands youth and high school football culture

Responsibilities
- Build and oversee year-round football and flag football programming
- Manage leagues, clinics, camps, tournaments, and training programs
- Coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment, and facility usage
- Ensure high-quality customer experience for athletes and families
- Maintain strong on-site presence during programming, including evenings and weekends
- Develop relationships with:
- Youth football organizations
- High school coaches
- Trainers and community partners
- Grow participation and revenue across all football offerings
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage coaches and part-time staff
- Create a positive, energetic, and professional culture
- Serve as the face of football programming at the facility
Preferred Experience
- Football coaching experience at the youth, high school, collegiate, or club level
- Experience with flag football programming strongly preferred
- Background in sports management, program operations, or business development
- Experience running leagues, camps, clinics, or events is a major plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sports environment
- Sales and community outreach experience preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
