Program Coordinator, Global Executive Marketing - Executive Audience Advocacy & Relationships

AWS is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the Executive Audience Advocacy & Relationships (EAAR) team within Global Executive Marketing (GEM). GEM develops and executes programs that build awareness, engagement, and positive perception, as well as create opportunities to strengthen relationships with executive decision makers and influencers. The EAAR function focuses on strategic and targeted engagements for executive decision‑making personas, including the CEO, CTO/CIO, and others. The portfolio includes targeted events, membership‑based programs, an always‑on Executive Sponsorship Program, and the Executive Briefing Docs team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met across all programs.
  • Track and manage customer registration and attendance across multiple events and programs.
  • Provide timely updates on event logistics, agenda changes, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate pre‑event, during‑event, and post‑event communications.
  • Draft and execute event‑specific communications to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely responses and participation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and agencies to ensure all logistical elements are executed on time and within budget.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Manage speaker preparation and scheduling calls.
  • Travel and execute events on‑site as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience in a marketing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).
  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: USA, VA, Arlington - $60,400.00 – $105,700.00 USD annually; USA, WA, Seattle - $80,200.00 – $105,700.00 USD annually.
Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
