Director, HCP Omnichannel Marketing Strategy – Dermatology

The Director of HCP Omnichannel Marketing Strategy – Dermatology leads the design of integrated engagement strategy for HCPs across different segments. The role focuses on creating a personalized and seamless experience for HCPs across multiple channels—digital platforms, CRM systems and in‑field sales—to drive brand adoption in plaque psoriasis (PsO). The director partners with cross‑functional teams and ensures alignment with brand strategies.
Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Strategic Leadership: Lead development of seamless, insight‑driven experiences for HCP segments across digital and in‑person channels to optimize brand adoption.
- Insight Generation & Data Analytics: Utilize market research and field data to develop HCP journey maps, uncovering opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Omnichannel Measurement Strategy: Develop measurement strategy to assess impact of tactics on HCP behavior.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with HCP marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Consumer Marketing, HCP Engagement Marketing, Market Access, and other stakeholders to align initiatives.
- Budget & Agency Management: Manage omnichannel promotional budgets (OPEX) and direct agency partners to deliver materials efficiently across HCP segments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, including sales/marketing background.
- Experience developing and executing omnichannel strategies.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- 3+ years managing field and/or marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- New product launch experience.
- Track record supporting product launches through integrated marketing.
- Commercial experience in dermatology or immunology.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $177,000 – $278,080. Actual base salary offered depends on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
