Position Summary

  • Senior Marketing Manager, Customer/Lifecycle Marketing
  • Responsible for customer and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and retention strategies that enhance the customer journey.
  • Requires strong marketing background, excellent analytical skills, and passion for creating impactful customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies to boost engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to improve the customer journey and increase lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report marketing initiative effectiveness, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer and lifecycle marketing.

Marginal Functions

  • Build and promote relationships across teams for effective communication and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay updated on company and department best practices.
  • Complete projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with data‑driven marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience focusing on customer and lifecycle marketing.

Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands

  • Physical: Sedentary work, manual dexterity for computer and office equipment use, occasional walking, visual acuity for data analysis, minimal lifting.
  • Mental: Attention to detail, problem‑solving, multitasking under deadlines, decision‑making, stress management.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, clear written and verbal communication, effective presentation skills.

Environmental Conditions

  • Indoor office environment with occasional moderate noise from office equipment or coworkers.
