The Maryland Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign is looking for an experienced Organizing Director to oversee the statewide organizing strategy and team for the 2026 election cycle. The ideal candidate will have significant campaign experience and the ability to manage and train a diverse volunteer team.
This position is based in Maryland, and the selected candidate will need to have access to a car for travel across the state as required.
Salary is in the range of $8,000 to $9,000 per month and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
