Job Overview
The Vice President, Marketing Communications is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Kairos Consulting's global marketing communications strategy, brand positioning, and market engagement initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee integrated communications, corporate branding, thought leadership, media relations, digital marketing, and strategic messaging across all business channels.
The VP will play a critical role in strengthening Kairos Consulting's market presence, enhancing institutional credibility, and driving client engagement across fintech services, advisory solutions, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Define and lead Kairos Consulting's global marketing communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
- Strengthen Kairos Consulting's brand positioning as a trusted fintech consulting and strategic advisory partner.
- Develop and maintain consistent corporate messaging across all communication channels and stakeholder groups.
- Ensure brand communications reinforce credibility, innovation, and institutional trust.
Corporate Communications & Public Relations
- Oversee corporate communications, media relations, executive messaging, and public affairs initiatives.
- Develop strategic communication plans supporting corporate growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, industry organizations, and external communications partners.
- Support executive visibility through interviews, conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Lead the development of high-impact content including market insights, research publications, whitepapers, and executive commentary.
- Position Kairos Consulting as a recognized voice within fintech, financial innovation, and digital transformation sectors.
- Translate complex financial and technology concepts into compelling narratives for institutional and professional audiences.

Digital Marketing & Market Engagement
- Oversee digital communication channels including website strategy, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.

- Support client acquisition and relationship-building through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic outreach.
Cross-Functional & Global Coordination

Qualifications
- 20 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, brand strategy, or public relations within fintech, financial services, consulting, or technology sectors.
- Proven success building and scaling global communications and brand functions in dynamic business environments.
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, financial markets, and technology-driven business models.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, institutional stakeholders, and cross-functional global teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, media relations, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
