Global Head of Performance Marketing & Growth

Rippling is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to lead their global marketing strategy. In this role, you will manage a budget, build and mentor a high-caliber marketing team, and develop strategies to drive growth across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. This position offers a competitive salary between $297,000 and $330,000 USD per year, benefits, and equity. You will be required to work in the office at least three days a week.
