Mission of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth across the United States and Canada telecom market . The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with telecom operators, expanding market presence, and managing the full sales lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve contract sales, payment collection, and market development targets in the United States and Canada.
- Develop new customer relationships while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including:
- Market intelligence and opportunity identification
- Project analysis and bidding
- Contract negotiation and signing
- Payment collection
- Provide regular market insights, including trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams and resources to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Strong telecommunications industry background is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of overseas or marketing-related experience, with proven success in customer or market development.
- Experience working with major telecom operators (Big T), including project cooperation and relationship management.
- Experience with telecom product distribution channels, data center integrators, or telecom system integrators.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work in international frontline business roles.
- High LevelChinese and excellent English communication skills preferred.
- Bachelors degree or above in telecommunications or related fields.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Preference for US-based Chinese candidates or Chinese nationals holding a valid US visa.
