Lean CI Senior Production Supervisor

In this position The Senior Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Senior Production Supervisors are: * Resilient * Detail oriented * Ambitious * Demonstrate high integrity This particular position broadens the responsibility to also use Six-Sigma Certified skills to include teaching, coaching, problem solving major concerns on priority issues for the organization, delivering project results, and supporting the plant in significant change initiatives-all within an environment that embraces the principles of the Ford Production System.
