Affiliate Manager – Greece & Tier 1 Markets

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow affiliate relationships in Greece and other high-value GEOs
- Negotiate custom deals, increase traffic volumes, and boost FTDs and revenue
- Analyze traffic performance and implement strategies to improve key metrics (CR, ROI, LTV)
- Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, regional nuances, and industry updates
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth campaign execution and partner support
Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Solid track record of driving quality Greek traffic (Tier 1 experience is a strong plus)
- Skilled in negotiations, partner retention, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset — confident using data to make decisions
- Fluent in English; fluency in Greek or other Tier 1 languages is a big advantage
