We are searching for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer who will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the overall marketing vision for a fast-growing, multi-concept hospitality company.
This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands‑on creative direction - overseeing brand development, storytelling, and integrated marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, private membership clubs, event venues, and lifestyle experiences.
Qualifications
10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-unit brands
Proven success leading marketing for restaurants, hotels, or hospitality-driven businesses
Deep expertise across:
Digital marketing
Content creation and production
Social media strategy
Public relations
Traditional marketing channels
Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate vision into execution
Experience managing and developing teams
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
