About Lotus Health AI Lotus AI is building consumer healthcare with the backing of the largest round of consumer healthcare ever raised. The brand positions itself against the legacy healthcare system and insurance industry with a fast-paced, anti-establishment voice. The content audience spans consumers, developers, and enterprise customers.
About the Role Lotus AI is hiring a Senior Editor to own the visual identity of the brand at scale. You will sit beside the founder and ship video content end-to-end, leading the editorial team behind one of the fastest-moving consumer healthcare brands. The pace is fast and the volume is high — the aesthetic is fast-paced, consumer-facing SF startup style with strong references to Lotus, Opal, and Founders Inc.
This is a senior individual contributor seat with team leadership scope, reporting directly to the founder.
What You'll Own Edit all video content — short-form and long-form (~80% of your time)
Edit scripts (~20% of your time)
Lead and manage the editing team
Set the bar for editorial quality, pace, and aesthetic across all Lotus AI content
Work directly with the founder on brand voice and positioning
Ship content fast under a 9–9–5 cadence with high turnover expectations
Requirements Senior video editor with a strong portfolio matching the Lotus, Opal, and Founders Inc style — fast-paced, consumer-facing, SF startup aesthetic
Proficient in all major editing tools — CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or comparable
Ability to lead and manage an editing team
Fast turnaround and high output volume
Comfort with both short-form and long-form video formats
Strong communicator and reliable execution partner
Comfortable with a 9am–9pm, 5 days/week schedule
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Nice to Have SEO awareness, especially Reddit-focused SEO
Prior in-house editorial leadership at a fast-paced consumer brand
Prior agency or media leadership experience
Consumer healthcare or wellness brand familiarity
Prior work with consumer apps with strong visual identity — Opal, Whoop, Eight Sleep, Fitbod, or comparable
