We are a high-end construction management and general contracting firm seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to help capture and communicate the story behind our projects.
This is a paid, hands-on opportunity ideal for a student or early-career creative looking to build a strong, real-world portfolio in construction, design, and brand storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Capture on-site content (photo + video) across active construction projects
Edit and produce Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
Assist with content planning and execution
Operate a drone for site footage (or willingness to learn)
Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand standards
Identify compelling moments in the field and translate them into engaging content
Utilize existing photos and videos to create engaging content
Work as a team with company president to prepare, proof, and build Social Media schedule
What We’re Looking For
Some experience with content creation (Instagram, TikTok, or similar)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, AI tools, etc.)
Strong visual eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
Interest in construction, architecture, or design is a major plus
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working on active job sites
Photography experience is a bonus
Drone experience is a bonus (or willingness to be trained)
