The Toyota San Francisco Region is hiring a Part and Service Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and general administrative support for the PSSEM, CSFM, and CSOM. The role also supports District Service, Parts Managers, and District Sales Managers. Responsibilities Daily, weekly, and monthly sales (TCMC/ToyotaCare) trackers and reports.
DSPM ranking and effective tracking/completion of incentive scoring and promotion enrollments.
Maintain a tracking mechanism and timely delivery of information to dealers and DSPMs after management review.
Administrative support for TCS incentives, including scoring calculations and updates using objectives approved by management.
Track and report sales of DIO and PPO accessories incentives and promotion FISS payments.
Update after‑sales dealer daily websites.
Assist CSOM and CSFM with ad‑hoc requests (SMAP reporting).
Assist with completing requisitions for contests and events, warranty labor rate increase requests.
Create presentation pages for marketing and aftersales for monthly TDA meetings.
Complete additional ad‑hoc requests from the direct manager.
Own and manage monthly reporting on all Fixed Ops budget‑related items.
Qualifications Associate degree or higher, or equivalent professional work experience.
Strong proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
Knowledge of supporting departments, operations policies, and procedures.
Bonus: experience with catering or coordinating meetings/luncheons.
Nice to have: automotive experience at the corporate or regional level; Tableau experience.

Salary The annual base salary range for this position is $59,800.00 – $97,200.00.
