Job Description:Position Title: Marketing Specialist ILocation: VariousReporting to: Marketing Specialist II, Marketing Specialist III, Marketing ManagerDirect Reports: N/APosition Summary:The position of Marketing Specialist I commonly reports to a Boyd Thermal Marketing Specialist II or III, or a Boyd Thermal Marketing Manager. This highly strategic position will be tasked with various projects that drive increasing value and profitability of the global organization and proliferate Boyd Thermal by Eaton’s brand, positioning, image, and lead generation. A Marketing Specialist I will execute projects and overcome basic issues and challenges to implement marketing strategies under general supervision.Responsibilities:Creates and updates collateral for customers, industries, products, or applicationsGenerates blogs, articles, case studies and visual concepts for review by leveraging SMEs.Monitors competitor messaging and activities; identify gaps, risks and opportunities.Develop market analysis reports to assess market size, competitive landscape of geographical breakdownAssess lead quality, facilitate follow through, track trends, and report on performanceBuilds brand and position through web, social, and other platformsMay support tradeshows and other events, write contentOther Areas of Concentration, Desired Skills, and Experience:Member of the Sales & Marketing Team2 years of successful experience in marketing with a creative approach to problem solvingHands-on approach to defining opportunities with a global perspectiveGlobal teamwork and communication, collaborativeUse of current sales and marketing analytics (as well as their business knowledge) to identify trends and areas of improvementExcellent project management skillsBusiness process orientation (metric driven), analytical thinking skills, ability to focus on value creationWell-developed time management and communication skills, self-motivatorAbility to learn new products and technologies to communicate concisely on technical topicsExcellent communication skills4 Year University DegreeAll Job Posting Locations (Location)Remote New Hampshire, Remote OhioRemote TypeRemoteEEO StatementBoyd Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
