Inside the Role
The GTM Growth Strategy Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the FSG organization. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive GTM roadmap that aligns with strategic growth objectives and responds to evolving market dynamics. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimize sales models, customer engagement strategies, and product positioning.

Position offers a startingsalary range of $95,000- $121,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive
Develop and execute the GTM roadmap in alignment with business growth goals and market trends.
Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities across sales processes, customer engagement, and product strategy.
Design and implement effective sales models and performance levers to drive revenue growth.
Build and manage performance‑based sales incentive programs.
Define product and pricing strategies tailored to specific customer segments and personas.
Benchmark competitors and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor GTM KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Evaluate sales dashboards and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Leverage data visualization tools and CRM/reporting platforms to support decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and shared ownership of GTM initiatives.
Knowledge You Should Bring
A bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or business strategy roles.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and visualization.
Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Experience in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
Trucking industry knowledge preferred.
Familiarity with customer segmentation and persona‑based marketing.
Background in competitive analysis and market intelligence.
Where We Work
This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Fort Mill, SC US, Portland, OR US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Schedule Type
Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote).
