THE POSITION Nardello & Co. is a leading global investigations firm headquartered in New York and with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s global marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, this New York-based position will play a key role in delivering the firm’s marketing and business development strategy, with particular emphasis on marketing communication initiatives, digital strategy, production of client-facing material, and other high‑visibility projects.
The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a growing firm, working as part of a small but high‑performing team. Candidates must be detail‑orientated, able to handle a fast‑paced work environment, confident at interfacing with senior stakeholders, and demonstrate good judgment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Communications / Branding Manage the thought leadership process, working with the investigations staff to ensure articles / short commentary pieces are produced in a timely manner, align to best practices and ensure content aligns to the priorities and core messages of the firm.
Draft copy for internal and external communications which promote key achievements / awards and rankings, office openings, new hires, and press features.
Social Media / Digital Strategy Manage all social media for the firm, including content creation (graphics and copy)
Grow presence on social media platforms and ensure that the content aligns with the goals of the firm
Maintain the website with current and up to date content
Assist in the delivery of AI and SEO optimization goals for the firm
Develop internal and external HTML communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and announcements
Support the conceptualizing, design and creation of visual elements for print and digital assets, including brochures and other collateral, PowerPoint presentations, website and social media content, infographics, photography and video and assist with all digital and print production, including managing relationships with external vendors
Provide corporate‑wide accessibility to standardized and branded graphics, images, and digital and print media and ensure that these are kept current.
CRM Support and elevate processes and analytics used to manage the firm’s relationship Contact Management System (CRM) including maintaining data on key firm contacts and companies; creating e‑marketing campaigns to targeted mailing lists; reporting on campaign analytics; and managing list builds.
Maintain key clients lists including firm reference lists, key client lists, and obtain relevant information from senior stakeholders to ensure information across numerous databases is kept current.
Leverage data from a variety of sources (CRM/ERM, email marketing, social media, Google Analytics) and work with a cross‑functional operations team to create, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc business performance management reports and dashboards.
Review, edit and track various department‑related documents (RFP’s, pitches, etc.), setup and maintain filing, etc. for the Practice Development Department
Additional Responsibilities Manage the content in our proposal tool (iKaun) and ensure that case studies, proposal templates, and other relevant written materials are kept up to date.
Assist in the completion of submissions to directories, rankings, etc.
Maintain and track budget items: process invoices, create and submit check requests, and reconcile
Manage firm promotional items
Assist with annual gifting process
Manage external relationships with vendors
Assist in onboarding new hires including sourcing headshots, publishing biographies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail, including in written communication and visual presentations
Stellar time management, prioritization, and organization skills
Ability to interact with people within and outside the organization
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions
Self‑starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision
Ability to work in a fast‑paced office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Prior experience with Salesforce, InDesign, MailChimp a plus
Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services environment.
