About the Opportunity
In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between working in the Towson, Maryland office and remotely. You'll be a key part of their Studio Team, collaborating with art directors and brand strategists to create engaging visuals for various marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Develop graphic concepts for print and digital marketing campaigns across all Stanley Black & Decker brands (DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, HUSTLER).
Design for various touchpoints: e-commerce graphics, social media, email marketing, in-store displays, packaging, and more.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Maintain graphic asset libraries and create design templates.
Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams (copywriters, digital designers, photographers).
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
4-year degree in design or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office.
Experience with print design, pre-pressing artwork, and digital advertising.
Experience with social media graphics creation.
A strong understanding of 360 marketing and consumer touchpoints.
